Here at Screaming Reels we take pride in the way we pack and ship our frozen baits to our customers and the method used is only used by Screaming Reels. 

We have a unique packaging system which involves a thermal liner placed in a poly box along with crushed ice mixed in through the baits for maximum freshness giving you a top quality next day delivery service.
Courier cost are  € 14.00 across Ireland and Northern Ireland, prices are controlled by DPD couriers.
       
Frozen Bait Orders / Deliveries.
All orders received Monday through to Thursday will be shipped next day from purchase, parcels will be delivered by DPD courier throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland ( weekends and bank holidays excluded). All orders to be in before 12 noon for next day delivery and all orders will have their own unique tracking number from DPD  couriers and you will receive your tracking information via email when your order is dispatched.
Please remember to add a note when purchasing goods if you will not be at home ie: leave parcel at back gate/ front door etc,  because if your not in parcel will be taken back to the depot.

General Information
All our baits at Screaming Reels are put through our very own enhancing solution where they are then blast frozen, vacuum packed and stored in our freezers. When an order has been placed the bait is then packed into double lined polystyrene fish boxes and packed with ice ready to go out to you the customer.
Once you have received your frozen bait we suggest you empty out the bait from the fish box and store the frozen bait at a temperature below -19 degrees in order to keep the quality for when you go fishing.
DPD couriers are third party couriers, unfortunately all fresh/frozen baits are classed as perishable items in transit so no compensation or returns policy is offered or implied by ourselves or the couriers once dispatched. Unfortunately we can not accept returns, after the parcel is posted due to the baits being perishable.  Please message us within 2 hours of opening parcel and we will be more then happy to help you.
Deliveries can be affected by adverse weather, acts of god plus many other reasons out of our control.
